One of my favorite parts of owning a business in a small town is that you really get involved with the locals. This year, our high school's sports teams have been doing amazing. The football team almost made it to the playoffs. Our wrestling team sent 6 kids to state. One of them took 1st place and one took 4th in their divisions. This weekend, the boy's basketball team is competing in state. The girl's volleyball team made it to regionals. And we're excited to see what Track & Field does this year. But, honestly, I'm so proud of any kid that joins a team and gives it their old. While it's cool to make it to the state championships and be the best of the best, it's a huge accomplishment just to play at all. So to all of the kids involved in sports here in Dubois, you're all winners in my book!
